Former Narcotics Detective Confronts CIA Director on Drug Trafficking

At a town hall meeting held at Locke High School in Los Angeles, California, on November 15, 1996, former Los Angeles Police Department narcotics detective Michael Ruppert confronts then CIA Director (Clinton appointee) John M. Deutch, asserting that the CIA had been dealing drugs throughout the country for a long time. Deutch’s inept handling of the confrontation resulted in his termination from the intelligence agency.

[NOTE: On April 13, 2014, Michael Ruppert was found dead at his home in Napa County in northern California, from an alleged single self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, reportedly confirmed by close friend and property owner/landlord, Jack Martin, who found Ruppert’s body.]
