Melissa and I visited the St. Louis Zoo, in Monsanto’s hometown, and found that they and other leading corporate donors were actively “educating” children, families and groups about the natural world, including the causes of bee colony collapse and the rapid mass disappearances of Monarch butterfly populations.

The saturated propaganda and overt corporatism could not be missed … Melissa kept wondering if there was anything in this town Monsanto hadn’t bought.
